following terms:

a) NOW SORTED! will collect information from you including, but not limited to, your name, email
address, physical address and telecommunication device details.

b) NOW SORTED! will make all reasonable efforts to handle all personal information securely.

c) NOW SORTED! will use the information collected to send you information about its website, tools,
and other reasonable information.

d) NOW SORTED! will not send you information about a third party unless requested by you.

e) NOW SORTED! reserves the right to sell the information collected from you but only to a purchaser
of YES Marketing Pty Limited or to a purchaser of a section of the business directly related to your
information.

f) NOW SORTED! will not see, use or keep any information collected from a Facilitator’s clients.

g) You have the right to reasonable access to the information about you that NOW SORTED! has
collected .
