Services /What Now Sorted! is

An organised estate helps to shield family dependants from worry, frustration and anxiety when 'the unexpected' occurs. Now Sorted! helps to get it organised.

Now Sorted! is a packaged system that facilitates the organising of important family estate information and documentation; its purpose however is not to provide legal, accounting or investment advice (since these are tasks for suitably qualified professionals). The system focuses on organising critical information for the estates of families and individuals in order to bring them peace of mind before misfortune strikes.

We designed Now Sorted! as a fee-based service (send us an e-mail if you'd like a free version of our Fee-Modeller software – see under Contact menu above). The Now Sorted! package (comprising marketing support, purpose-specific software, and availability of an optional Document Safety Case) can be licensed for a small annual fee of AUD$1,200 + GST. Licensees, to whom we refer as Facilitators, are usually drawn from the accounting, financial planning, and legal professions.

This unique service delivers great benefits to clients of Facilitators by ensuring estate documents and data are the right information in the right place at the right time.

Among the documents/information mix that are important within most estates are the following:

  • Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardian
  • Certificates such as birth and marriage
  • Insurance policies
  • Mortgage documents for residence, investments
  • Title deeds for residence, investments
  • Driving licences and passports
  • Superannuation statements, and trust deed where applicable
  • Details of bank accounts, credit cards, etc
  • Investment receipts
  • Statements of assets and liabilities
  • Documents relating to guarantees (personal, joint and several)
  • Documents relating to tax
